Strength

In this programme I will work with you individually to develop solid strength goals. I will implement a programme that uses progressive overload to allow you to achieve this. Nutritional advice will also be given to ensure you are correctly fuelling your body.

Functional Fitness

The hybrid programme. Learn to lift weights, pace cardio kit, become stronger, move quicker, build stamina and recover faster. If you are looking to level up your fitness or compete in functional fitness. This one is for you!

Weight loss

This programme will concentrate on adapting a healthy attitude to nutrition and exercise. Learning to lose the unwanted body fat and still live your life. Learn to love your body and what it does for you each and everyday.

Running Group

The CaitFit Community Running Group! Wednesdays at 730pm. In the local area of Lanark and Carluke.

30-45 minute group runs, no competition, just a great group of people running together.
